A fantasy realm has been overrun by the forces of darkness, and it falls to you, as leader of a party of adventurers, to retake control of its eight regions.
Arcane Frontiers is a game of dice rolling, worker placement, and area control. The board shows the realm you'll be exploring, surrounded by ten floating island locations where you'll gather resources, upgrade your party, and establish outposts throughout the land. Use your spells and adventurers to deploy outposts, leverage regional benefits, and outmaneuver your rivals for control of the realm.
Victory points are earned by placing outposts, controlling regions, and completing your Secret Quests. When the final chapter draws to a close, the player with the most victory points wins.
